Clean modern rooms and friendly staff. Noisy at night from outside traffic, hard to sleep with windows open.

Rooms are spacious and quiet, perfect for tired travelers. The shuttle service to the airport could operate earlier for early flights.

The roller coasters and bumper cars had us all laughing non-stop, while the adventure golf course was a hit. The Olympic swimming pool and castle grounds added a touch of history and relaxation to our family day out.
For dads, it would be great to have more shaded areas for families to rest between activities.

The location was super convenient, and the staff were really friendly and polite, which I appreciated. Checking in and out was a breeze, always a plus in my book. there were definitely a few things that could use some improvement. The cleanliness in the bathroom left a lot to be desired - found some not-so-pleasant surprises on the floor, and the iron was so dusty it looked like it hadn't been used in ages. Not exactly what you want to see when you're trying to look your best on a trip. Plus, the noise from the hallway entrances made it hard to get a good night's sleep. One positive note was the room itself - comfortable and quiet, which is always a must for me. But the lack of options for getting to Terminal 4 was a major letdown. Having to shell out £27 for a taxi to only travel 4 miles felt like a rip-off, especially when there were cheaper alternatives like the public bus available. And speaking of transportation, the carpeted corridors and rickety old lift didn't make moving around the hotel with luggage any easier. On top of that, the confusion with the room key and ordering room service definitely added some unnecessary stress to the stay. And while the hotel advertised having an airport shuttle, in reality, it was more of a figure-out-your-own-transportation situation, which was disappointing. the Leonardo had its positives, like the friendly staff and comfy room, but the cleanliness issues, noise disturbances, and transportation shortcomings really put a damper on the experience.

The location near the airport was convenient, just a 7-minute drive to Terminal 5 with their own garage available. The beddings were clean and the room spacious. They also provided body lotion and hand soap besides the usual amenities, which was a nice touch.
There were some issues with cleanliness, like a lack of hangers for towels and a poorly cleaned carpet. The room allocated had some noise disturbances, possibly from being near the elevator.

Great service and comfy rooms. Breakfast options too limited and pricey.

The breakfast was fantastic with a variety of options, just wished for more vegetarian choices. The air conditioning kept the room comfortable, and the location near the Three Magpies Pub was convenient. I appreciated the shuttle bus service to the airport at a reasonable price and the proximity to the bus stop.
The luggage storage policy was inconvenient with later flights, and the extra charge per hour for storage was unexpected. It would have been more convenient if the storage period aligned better with typical check-out times.

Chilling by the Olympic pool and hitting the adventure golf course at Codona's Aberdeen was straight fire! Roller coasters had us screaming, and the castle grounds were mega cool.
Would be epic if they had a rooftop party spot for young peeps to keep the vibe alive! .

The hotel bar was an absolute gem, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine while catching up with friends. The staff were delightful and the room spacious and comfy.
Oh, who doesn't love a 1.30 am hotel-wide emergency alarm wake-up call? So invigorating.
